Embroidery is the perfect mediatative, creative and portable craft. In this class, you will learn the basics of the stitches that are widely used in almost all embroidery patterns!

We will be using the sampler kit from Thread Folk, my favourite Australian embroidery pattern maker!

I hope to give you the basics so you can continue exploring patterns, kits and stitches at home and also a few hours to switch off and focus on a new craft.

What you will learn:

Embroidery basic stitches such as satin stitch, french knots, chainstitch and lazy daisy stitch. Plus how to hoop your masterpiece.

What is included:

You will receive a full Thread folk sampler pack including:

  • Pre-printed fabric pattern
  • Embroidery hoop
  • Embroidery needle
  • Full skeins of DMC embroidery thread in all colours needed
  • Stitch guide (instructions from start to finish)
